Thanks to all the information you find in the form, we are able to carry out the process of our purchases in a smooth way and without requiring a lot of your time. Wait for approval of your application

After submitting your request, wait for our response. We try to respond within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of submission. If the form has been filled out correctly, you will receive a message from us about the acceptance of your application or a request for possible further details. In your application you can include several items with your proposal for the sale price.

Fill out the documents we send you and address the package

If the item you have sent us has been verified by us and we decide to purchase it, you will receive a message from us with a contract to be filled out and a packing slip to the parcel address you have indicated. Remember to properly secure the package before shipping. We will automatically find out about the shipment confirmation through status updates, so you don't need to inform us about the shipment. From then on, we will already take care of the rest.

Once we receive the shipment and verify the item, we will send you the money

After receiving your shipment, we proceed to a second verification of the originality and condition of the item to make sure that everything is consistent with the first submission and the photos we received. If everything agrees and we have no objections, we will send you the money on the same day, which will reach your account on the second business day at the most. We guarantee a fast, safe and convenient sale.

After receiving the shipment the same day, we carry out verification of the originality of the shipped item and assess its condition. If everything is in accordance with the application, we order the transfer for the item within the first 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

We have 48 hours to accept or reject your request from the date we send you an acknowledgment of receipt. The time from which you should expect a response from our side is counted from the hour of confirmation of receipt of the application, which we send to the e-mail address indicated in the application.

Shipments sent COD are not accepted by us and are returned to sender.

One of the requirements for acceptance of the application is the completeness of the product. All submissions wishing to sell shoes in a damaged or replacement box will be rejected in advance.

The service , "sell your product" only applies to transactions involving the repurchase of the item that was posted in the application. We do not provide the possibility to exchange , "product for product".

We consider each application individually. If you have an item that fits into our assortment, you can send us a request using the dedicated form.

We buy all streetwear and high end items (clothes, shoes, accessories).

Of course, we provide such an opportunity. You are welcome to visit our stores in Warsaw and Krakow from Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

We only buy used clothes in very good condition, while we do not buy used shoes.
